  • 7-8 (Challenging Effort): Pushing yourself into this zone 2-3 times a week can significantly enhance your strength and endurance.

  • 9-10 (Maximum Effort): Reserve this level for intense, high-performance sessions. One or two workouts at this intensity per week are usually sufficient.
